Grant-Manager 3.1 Support & Maintenance

GrantManager requires little support, as operation is simple and
the system very robust. Support is offered via a ticket system on
this website or email support. This section also contains a range
of online support services and FAQ's.
Support is offered on a Mon-Fri 9-5 basis with
a 4 hour or less typical response.
Ongoing upgrades and maintenance is included
as part of an annual support contract. Upgrades are available as
downloads from this section.
Support and maintenance contracts will be charged
at £700 per annum to include all upgrades and up to 100 support
requests.
Warranty
GrantManager is sold with a no quibble money
back guarantee. If the purchaser is unhappy with GrantManager they
only need to return it in its original packaging for a full refund
(less the cost of training if already provided).
