A case study is a positive and in-depth write-up of a company's use of the Grantmanager 3.1 system. Such a document considers the background and challenges the company faced in implementing a new IT system and the benefits it has brought the company during the first year of operation. Case studies form part of Arrow's marketing collaterals and a good many of them are printed on A4 sheets and are loaded onto the company's website. They are also offered to quality magazines, like Local Government Chronicle and Town Hall for publication.
