About Arrow & Coventry City Council

GrantManager evolved from the desire of Coventry City Councils LEA Finance team to "provide better record keeping over a huge area of public money" .

Having now achieved this goal, Coventry City Council is keen to share their experience and the GrantManager product with other councils with similar problems. By creating a commercial joint venture with Internet Arrow Ltd.

The LEA Finance Department of Coventry City Council pioneered the development of GrantManager and have been responsible for developing its specification.

The two supporting team members included in this JV are:

Internet Arrow Ltd has been established for 3 years and has a track record of providing IT and Internet solutions to both public and private sector. Internet Arrow created the GrantManager product under contract to Coventry City Council. Internet Arrows clients include:
