The price for GrantManager is £10k as an 'off the shelf' product with an unlimited number of user licences within a given Local Authority Directorate. Subsequent copies/variants purchased by other Directorates within a Council will be priced at £8k, again with unlimited licences within a specific Directorate. Training GrantManager comes complete with a detailed manual and users require just one half days training. Training is offered at £700 per half-day session for up to 20 users. Support and Maintenance Support and maintenance contracts will be charged at £700 per annum to include all upgrades and up to 100 support requests. Payment It is believed that councils will not wish to lease or finance the purchase of GrantManager and that it will be a simple, outright sale. Internet Arrow will invoice councils directly for GrantManager and training and support. Payment 30 days (net).
